Nintex with Access Database

I have publish access database on SharePoint 2010. After that i have created a workflow for access table (which is shown as list in sharepoint.) . if i run the workflow from list it working fine. Now i have a Access Form for adding the same entry which is also publish on sharepoint.

If i tried to add entry from the sharepoint using that form, the workflow give me error. Fail to start.

I read the log files, it giving me error like Nintex reference is missing. Can anyone help me, it is urgent.
