"Run as Workflow Owner" option does not show up for Condition or Action Set actions

"Run as Workflow Owner" option does not show up for Condition or Action Set actions

I am trying to modify existing Nintex 2010 workflow. When I click on existing "Condition" action and look in the "Common" it shows the option for "Run as workflow Owner" but when I add new "Set a Condition" action it is not showing me option for "Run as workflow Owner".

Any help will be appreciated.
