Workflow completed in Sharepoint Status vs. not completed in Nintex Status

    Hi,

In the workflow below I have a main workflow that calls some sub-workflow and all are set to “wait for workflow to complete” before continuing the main workflow.

Now I can see that all sub-workflows have completed (using SharePoint workflow history)

but when opening the Nintex visual status you can see that some workflow are still in Yellow/incomplete in the detailed view.

     what is going on ???

and I have stamped some history logs in each sub-workflow to which I can see that they are all completing fine.

    Hi Nicofars,

you should take a look in the SP logs to see if there were any database errors.

The graphical view works on the concept of data in the Nintex Workflow database. If entries are missing, then it can't display the graphical view of the workflow instance correctly.
