Hi all,
In MS Project Server 2010, there are 21 category
permissions and 60+ global permissions in total. Each resource can belong
to more than one group, each group can be associated with more than one
category, each category can be associated with more than one group, and each
category can have a different set of permissions when associated with each
group.
So my question are:
1. how Nintex workflows for PS can configure workflows with stages approved/rejected by one in seven groups as below?
2. and does an administrator need to set permission for each group before the workflow is running?
Project Server 2010 creates seven default groups during installation:
Administrators
Executives
Portfolio Managers
Project Managers
Resource Managers
Team Leads
Team Members
