Error when calling a non Sharepoint web Service with Call Web Service action

I am trying to call a non sharepoint Web Service using Call Web Service action.I was able to find the web service and configure the parameters. After i publish and run the workflow i get the following error

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
