I am new here and to Nintex WorkFlow and to Sharepoint also!
First, let me thank you for being such a lively community and offering help to newbs like me, as I write this there are over 200 guests viewing these forums.
My Task:
My Manager has asked me to create a very specific WorkFlow, using Nintex Workflow Designer. The Workflow is to act 'like' an Approval, with multiple assignees and where each assignee must respond, also, each assignee that responds negatively aka 'rejects' needs to trigger a notification email.
My Problem:
I have built three Workflows so far, using these functions:
1. Approval - Cancels Workflow upon first rejection - so does not fulfil criteria
2. FlexiTask - Only sends notification email if all assigness respond with single 'outcome' so does not fulfil criteria
3.Parallel Paths - This works fine when there are 2 or 3 Assignees, but for 5+ it is not efficient
My Question:
Is there anyone out there who has had a similiar problem and has found a solution? ||
Is anyone able to point me in the right direction, as to how to achieve the criteria I have been tasked with?
