Hi guys,
We finally started configuring Analytics 2010 on our sharepoint 2010 site, the configuration wizard ran fine, although there are couple of serious issues now:
1. In Nintex Analytics home page(url/Nintex%20Analytics/Forms/NAReports.aspx) , I’m not getting options like “permissions”, “report” etc in the Ribbon even with the system a/c.(PFA screenshot). Am i looking at the right place, and how do we get the report views, like the daily reports. So far we are not able to view any reports. please refer to the screen shot.
2. In Central Admin > NintexAnalytics> global settings option throws an error “list does not exist” (PFA screenshot) is this a common/expected error.
FYI the “SharePoint Foundation Collector Service:” is running and the crawler is also active.
We are in the evaluation period on this one and need urgent advice.
