I'm currently trying Nintex Workflow 2007 (a demo available in february) in order to see if it's possible to deploy it in my company but we encounter some problems. We use Nintex Workflow 2007 with many Discussion Board and try to have an easy automatic data management in addition to a really good workflow management (Nintex is awesome for this part).
The very problematic one is with the "Create Item" box, when we try to create a thread in a Discussion board.
In fact, the Create Item seems to work well, but instead of a Discussion, it creates an item (the only current Type in the configuration of the Create Item is "Message"). So It's not possible to have discussion with this (when we reply to it, it create another "item", and the view is not the same when we clic on the item in the Discussion Board).
I've found that when a thread is created with the "new" button of SharePoint, the link associated to it is something like that: http://collection/site/DisscussionBoard/flat.aspx?somevariables=....
But when it's created with Nintex Workflow, the link is a simple "DisplayForm?ID=X".
Do you any idea of how fixing this bad behavior please ? (probably a problem with the content type of the created item in the configuration part of the Created Box, but I haven't found how to allow a "Disussion" type instead of the "Message".)
