Hi,
We've installed the new version of nintex and we run into
an unexplained freeze of the workflow after approval. Although the approval has occured, the block stays yellow,
and doesn't proceed into the next phase. The worklow state keeps "In process"
and doesn't head on to finnished.
We are now running on build 10828.
Can you please explain what the problem is, and how to get
the workflow running / proceeding again.
There are no error messages in the eventviewer and the log
files don't give a clue.
At the moment we are running into hanging workflows on a
production system so we are hoping you can help us out asap.
