We are building a leave request workflow and are having trouble with adding the dates to a calendar. I am able to start the workflow and copy the item to the calendar (overwrite exsiting enabled) the problem comes when the workflow moves to another state (pending to approved) it creates another copy of the item in the calendar. I am new with nintex and any help would be great.
