Nintex Connect

Trying to upgrade my PRODUCTION server to the latest build of Nintex WF 1.11.1

 At the end of the  upgrade process I get a Windows Command prompt window with the following text:

Sometimes I wonder why I even bother with this!!!

Was logged on with the farm account when this happened. The farm account is a local admin.

Disabled UAC and rebooted and tried upgrade procedure again.

 Worked this time.... go figure!

I'm getting the same error with a Nintex WF 2010 Build 2.0.0.5 to 2.1.0.0 update...

This worked...

1. Click the start menu and right click on the Command Prompt option. Choose “Run as administrator”.

2. Click the Continue button.

3. Type in the command msiexec /i c:\nintexworkflow2010.msi.

Note: Replace the file path with the location to which you downloaded the msi file.

You simply need to "Unblock" the installable file to prevent this situation from occuring - it is common for UAC in Windows to block executable or compilable code downloaded from the Internet Zone. Unless you explicitly unblock it, this type of error will occur.
