Getting the comments from Lazy Approval

Hi,

I have referenced this post http://connect.nintex.com/forums/thread/1453.aspx to help me get the comments out of lazy approvals. Some mobile devices have been add style information before the approve or reject.

What is the Nintex best practice for getting the users comments from lazy approval? has there been any improvements in collecting this information from the 2007 release to the 2010 release? How can I remove style information from the comments like the example above?
