I have a process where every so often, an excel sheet is generated with anywhere from 200-1,000 records. I need to notify different parties within the company for each record, because action is needed for all of them.
The country listed for each record is what defines who needs to be notified (i.e. customer service in that country).
I\m envisioning a process where the uploading user imports their excel into a standard sharepoint list which has Nintex running... and Nintex sends mails out to defined users based on logic on a per-country basis. (Perhaps it looks to another list which correlates countries to email addresses).
However, I don't want to send a mail for every record - I don't need to tell China 300 times to take action - I only need to tell them once to come look at the list and action all the records attached to China.
Any thoughts on how to do this? I'm a Nintex amateur so far so take it easy on me please :) Also, so far... emails from nintex appear to have a delay. I put 20 requests in and the mails took quite some time to come through to my email. Once they started, it took 1hour 10minutes to receive all 20 mails... and that's only 20 mails!! (a 2-step workflow that generates 1 mail each... very simple) Any thoughts what might be the issue there? :(
