Error retrieving config xml for activity 'Set variable' using adapter type Nintex.Workflow.Activities.Adapters.SPSetVariableAdapter

Hello, I just finished creating my workflow and after saving and publishing I can no longer open up in the designer.  Whenever I try to open it I get the following error in the notification bar:

Error Error retrieving config xml for activity 'Set variable' using adapter type Nintex.Workflow.Activities.Adapters.SPSetVariableAdapter, Nintex.Workflow, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=913f6bae0ca5ae12.

Any ideas what is going on with this?

Re: Error retrieving config xml for activity 'Set variable' using adapter type Nintex.Workflow.Activities.Adapters.SPSetVariableAdapter

After the Nintex development team looked at the .xoml file in my workflow they found that the "Set variable" action I had defined in the workflow somehow became corrupt.  They had to manually code the action and send it back to me in order for the workflow to start working again.

In other words, if you get this error you should contact support because they had no clue what caused this problem.
