New Starter Processing

The New Starters Form has been created to improve the process of preparing for a new staff member. An InfoPath form is completed by the new starter’s manager and submitted to a Nintex Workflow. The details of the form are sent to the IT, Facilities, Payroll and People & Culture departments to allow them to prepare the appropriate items for the new starter. The workflow keeps track of the progress of this processing stage and alerts the manager once it is complete.
