    I need to find a way to query the top 100 list items using the Query List Action. Any suggestions / ideas will be appreciated .

    What do you mean? What is it for?

    Query list used to find a field or column in list item. And then collect it to a variable. If you want to show top 100 list item, you can use modify view on ribbon menu. You can change item limit and filter this item. Click button OK.
