“Send Notification” workflow action: Table Style Button Disabled

Standard Edition 2010: In the Nintex workflow, “Send Notification” workflow action, I have inserted a table. Strangely, the “Table Styles” button is disabled on the ribbon.

I looked at the edition comparison document but could not see this as an Enterprise feature. Is there somewhere this needs to be enabled?

I have same problem and no help so far. I was exhausted trying to display cell boundaries, as show grid wasn't helping. finally I had to copy paste table from word. This is very messy. I would like to know whay table formatting is a nightmare in send notification email body and if anyone has a solution please.
