    Flexi Task outcome descriptions do not always display

    Hi

    I have a Flexi Task with Approve and Decline outcome options.  The descriptions I have put against these outcomes appears when you respond to the task via SharePoint (via the Workflows menu option on an item), but the descriptions do not appear when you respond to the task using the Approval URL included in the Task Notification email.

    How can I make the descriptions appear regardless of how a user gets to the Approval page?

    Any help appreciated.  Thanks.
