Dear experts,

How can i notify the user with the list of rejected records instead of notify them 1 items / line.

In Nintex how this can be done?

For example:

" 1 invoice is rejected by the approver, then the clerk will received the email notification to inform the invoice is rejected by the approver."

By default, the clerk will received 1 email notification follow by items, but in my case they want it to notify in 1 email for multiple rejected invoice.

As the last action in your workflow you could use the send a notification action and insert all approver comments in the email body. This will list the outcome for each approval task in your workflow.
