  • Workflow Report Viewer Web Part

    I really like this workflow report viewer web part and I would like to see if I can do something simular by taking some of that data and put it into an email. So I have 5 approvers and I would like to have an email sent weekly giving the stats. If possible having a chart sent with the email would be really cool. Is any of this possible? &nbsp;

    There is an option on lists that will send out an email every time the item has changed or when the assigned to has changed. Is there a way to have an email go out only when the assigned has changed and the email would go to the new assigned person? So the condition would have to look at what was there and compare it to the current assigned. ...

    I have a simple &quot;Run If&quot; action that states &quot;If current item field equals value&quot; (Where) Modified - not equals - &quot;User Name&quot; One entry works fine. It is when you add the &quot;or&quot; and input another one when it just runs everything. I have my one test action &quot;email&quot; contained in the Run if action.

Saved us a ton of time, but we just noticed that when the site is create the security groups are not created when the workflow creates the Site Collection.
