    Hello, I have a site with a collection of lists. Each list runs 2 workflows on record creation. I am noticing some strange behavior on the site. Roughly 60-70 records are created per day and 1-2% of the records do not initiate the workflows on record creation. When this issue occurs, both workflows do not start for the record.
