    Have you gotten a response from Nintex? I get the feeling that the code tries to parse the comment for html tags. The parser sees the < thinks what comes next is an html tag and strips out the rest of the comment since it doesn't know what a "<5 comment. " tag is.     Hi  Have you unchecked show message header/footer (Email only) at the bottom of the Send Notification Action in the workflow?   Another place to try however I haven't used this myself but there is a check box in Central Admin/NintexWorkflow/Global Settings that says: Use CSS styles in HTML Email.  Hope you get an answer ...
